Return Policy

We make every effort to inspect each product prior to shipping to ensure it is not defective. We ensure our product information is up-to-date and detailed to help you make informed purchases.

All online sales are final unless product(s) are deemed defective.

We handle returns on defective item(s) on a case by case basis with your satisfaction as our top priority. In order to process your claim, please email us within 14 days of purchase with 2 low-resolution digital photos of the area you feel is defective and 1 low-resolution digital photo of the box your item(s) was received in. Please ensure to keep all the original packing material as we work to process and respond to your claim in a timely manner.

 

In-Store Returns and exchanges:

We will accept returns of both online and in-store purchases of items deemed defective in-store. Pop in the shop with your item(s) with a copy of your receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

Furniture Purchases:

All Custom Orders and Floor Models are Final Sale.

We’re a small shop, so when you place a furniture order with us we order it from one of our carefully selected suppliers just for you, therefore your order is viewed as a custom order.

From time to time in order for us to show you something new we sell our furniture floor models at a discounted price, these are also considered Final Sale. 

 

Gift Cards:

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for both your in-store and online purchases.

 

Ordering online:

Of course we have much more in the shop than what is available to purchase in our online SHOP. We have carefully selected what we’re loving and our customer fav’s to feature, however if you have spotted something you love on our social media please feel free to email or call us and we’ll be happy to help you purchase that item(s).

 

Shipping: 

We have carefully selected the items available to be purchased from our online shop and do our very best to ensure stock is available to fill your order(s).

Your order will be processed & shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the specific product page. Most orders will arrive in 4-10 days after shipping. 

Please note that occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. If one or all of your items are unavailable to be shipped within the noted time we will personally contact you to discuss and make arrangements.

 

Shipping fees:

Our shipping fee is a FLAT RATE of $12.95 within Canada.

We also ship to the U.S. and other international destinations for $18.95.

In-store pick up is always free! If you have any questions regarding our shipping fees always feel free to contact us.

 

My item arrived damaged!: 

We take special care in packaging your order to arrive safely, but sometimes damage happens!

We handle damage claims on a case by case basis with your satisfaction as our top priority. In order to process your claim, please email us within 14 days of purchase 2 low-resolution digital photos of the area you feel is defective and 1 low-resolution digital photo of the box your item(s) was received in. Please ensure to keep all the original packing material as we work to process and ensure your item(s) are replaced in a timely manner.
